This version of Vincent van Gogh’s Starry Night, is comprised of a mosaic of photos taken with the Hubble telescope.
Astrophysicist Alex Parker created the image using 100 Hubble photos in a free package called AndreaMosaic.
You can see a high rez image here. There is a sort of magic about making an image of stars from stars.
I am very concerned as it appears that via some sort of strange rift in the fabric of time a desperate struggling artist used one of Tadao Cern photographs as a source image for his ‘self Portrait’. I believe the artist’s name is Vincent … It is a strange story indeed …
